INGREDIENTS
- FOR ABOUT 6 MUFFINS
- 200 grams of all-purpose flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 ml of milk
- 70 grams of melted butter
- 1 packet of baking powder (16 grams)
- 100 grams of Kinder chocolate, chopped
- A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Add the chopped Kinder chocolate and gently fold it in.
- Lightly grease the muffin molds or line them with paper liners.
- Fill them about 2/3 full with the prepared batter.
- Place the molds in the air fryer, ensuring not to overcrowd it.
- Cook the muffins at 180°C (356°F) for about 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden and risen.
- Once done, remove the muffins and let them cool on a wire rack.
- Serve the Kinder Muffins warm or at room temperature.
